Availability of services may vary by location. Payment is required upon booking your service. We offer 10% off weekly and biweekly recurring service. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for a full refund.

We are an hourly service. When you book a service with us, you are purchasing "labor hours" and if we send a team of 2 helpers, the service time will be cut in half. For example, if you purchase 4 hours, we will either send 1 helper for 4 hours or 2 helpers for 2 hours. You may find general time guidelines at https://www.yourhivehelper.com/housecleaning.
