We are passionate about offering our clients a safe and happy experience. We are bonded and insured and all Helpers are thoroughly screened and undergo an extensive background check. The safety of our Helpers is a top priority and we reserve the right to refuse service.

Availability of services may vary by location. Payment is required upon booking your service. We offer 10% off weekly and biweekly recurring service.

We are an hourly service. When you book a service with us, you are purchasing "Helper hours" and if we send a team of 2 Helpers, the service time will be cut in half. For example, if you purchase 4 hours, we will either send 1 Helper for 4 hours or 2 Helpers for 2 hours.

We recommend booking 0.5 Helper hour on average per room for a standard clean, 1.0 Helper hour on average per room for a deep clean and 1.25 Helper hours on average per room for a move in/out clean. You may find more information at https://www.yourhivehelper.com/housecleaning.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for a full refund.
